Hacking Using NTR and Luma together?

I probably worded that inquiry poorly, and this is probably a silly inquiry. I have a need to utilize NTR firmware, but I've never experimented with it before. I used ARM9 and have Luma setup, making my emunand become my sysnand. If I install NTR will that mess anything up? And is it possible to go from NTR back to my Luma setup?

NTR is not a CFW, it's a plugin and it's completely possible to run NTR on top of any CFW without hassle. If you want to exit NTR mode, you just need to reboot the system. Installing NTR won't effect anything.
Actually, let me just say changing any CFW won't effect anything
