In the NAME of GBATemp, I bought a flash card from NDS card! HOWEVER, I need to make sure my parents do not intercept this package...They can't know I bought something online lol.

Because the flash cards are small, I know that the flash card will come in the mailbox. Luckily for me, our mailbox requires a key...What am I getting at? Well, I bought the postal service that gives you a tracking number. I will find out the date that it comes and take the keys from my parents. They may go crazy trying to find them, but it will be worth it. I will then go to the mailbox and retrieve my package.

How does that sound? Suggestions?

Take the keys right before you need them (not hours beforehand).

I know it's too late to change your plan now, but you should've just had it delivered to a friend's house/had your friend buy it and paid him back.

Yeah, I am just realizing that lol.

I am hoping the mail does not get delivered before school ends. That is my one hope at the moment

For everyone wanting to know, my parents are kind of strict in the online purchasing area. My dad is a stickler about that.

I contacted the owner of NDS card and he changed the shipping info for me. He is shipping it to my friend's house!

Thanks for the replies :)

Could be that his parents are very anti-piracy or something.

Not to speak too much for OP, but I'm guessing it has more to do with "They can't know I bought something online lol." mentioned in the first post.

Some parents are wary of their children using debit/credit cards in online purchases as they don't trust their children to use safe websites that won't steal financial information.

Partly true. They know I have access to my debit card and banking information, they just like to know when I purchase something online. My dad needs to make sure everything is "safe" even though I have done plenty of research. One of the main selling points is the fact that this website is sponsored by NDS card

Well I dont know how work to your city, but here you can go to the near postal center when arrives and grab your package at morning. Just show your id and sign.

It's gonna be on the monthly statement anyway. If they're strict like you say, they'll find out.

Just tell them? Would you rather get in trouble when they find out you have lied to them? This is what will make your parents not trust you. Tell them the truth, explain to them that you did all the research on safe sites and that you're old enough to buy online since its your card and money. Or continue to plan on lying to them, break their trust and probably get your stuff taken away. Your call.

I did something just like this with my copy of Hatsune Miku and Future Stars Project Mirai for 3DS. Directly when the package arrives, take the item's packaging and get rid of it and I mean get rid of it. Once you got rid of the packaging and only have the case, take the cartridge out of it and slip it into your pocket. I know with flashcarts you only need the card so you can get rid of the little case it comes in after getting all the contents out like with the packaging. Take the cart and shove that thing in your DS and keep it in there. It will look like a genuine legit card and you're good :) (My Project Mirai card still remains unknown about to this day and Ive kept it on for months)
