Do I have to do anything special or do I just copy the old card contents onto the new? This is not an emunand. I used plailect's guide.

I'm looking at getting a 128gb sd card. Do we need to format it via GUIFormat or do we need to do it in the 3DS via TinyFormat or something?
I cannot do this, I have a9lh on sysnand, but when I copy the files from one card to the other, I get a blank screen, then if I put the original back in, I get luna3ds and everything else I have installed.
