Finished my Puyo Puyo theme! I have to redo this many times due to there being white spaces on the right but I'm really proud of this!

So I made a Hatsune Miku theme because that is my defacto theme of choice when I can't think of one. A looping scrolling top screen, 3 frame animation bot frame, sfx, bgm, most of the colors tweaked a little, folder icons, icon borders.

Having learned how to do the folder back arrow properly. I've reuploaded these 4 skins on Google Drive.
Also to the one or two people who like my Cave Story theme. That was updated as well.
Edit: Things've been updated yet again! These are the finalized versions of the themes and they won't be receiving any more updates.

I almost have my theme finished. I just have problems making the bgm file.
I cant use brawlcustommusic because my AV blocks the website due to malware.
Also, I tested a brstm which is 3.93mb on the brstm/bcstm convert tool, and I made sure the limit sample rate to 3.3mb is on, but when I convert the brstm, is STILL 3.93.
Anyone has some idea what to do?

Limit the base wav to 22050 Hz. If you only have a brstm you can use Yata+ to convert it back to wav, then you can open it in Audacity and in the bottom left you can change the quality. Export the audio back out as wav, run it through BRSTM Converter 3, then run that outputted brstm through BRSTM2BCSTM.
brstm and bcstm will always be identical in file size, to my understanding.

Turns out, the problem was in the lenght of the song.
I cropped it and managed to get it below 3mb.
I almost finish my theme. I'm just tweaking the colors.
I already got the CWAVs in too.

If I may request one, would it be possible for you to make a Windows 7 Aero theme with the start up sound and default Windows 7 wallpaper, or a Windows 8/10 Metro theme in the same style? Or if you know anything about Mac OSX Perhaps one of those?
