Gaming Wii on Ebay! URGENT! NEED YOUR ADVISE!

Hi gang, I need some help from folks who have ebay knowledge. I just purchased a Wii + 6 games of my choice and two extra remotes and nunchuks. It won the auction for $600 which comes out to whopping $670 if I bought everything in the store. Plus there is free overnight shipping.

After I won the auction I noticed the smaller print at the bottom indicating an outrageous final bid in order to actually get the 6 games. Check the page out yourself and see what I mean. Anyway, it made me nervous so I wrote the guy saying I think I made a mistake and asked if I needed to pay extra in order to get the 6 games. He said I WILL get any 6 games of my choosing and that I did not read it incorrectly.

Well my question is this, should I trust this guy or do you think I'm going to send the money and either get NOTHING or get the console only? Also, how much of a case do I have disputing it considering the ebay page says one thing and the emails he sent me say another. He sent the emails through the ebay auction website so at least ebay should have a copy of them, and if I pay by credit card, couldn't I dispute the charges if he only sends the console?

I'm tight on time so any mature advise (you don't have to be old, just logic and mature or have experience) would be appreciated.

Well the small print does indicate that he will give the games when the bid reaches that price, since your bid didn't reach any of them, all he has to give is the Wii and the 2 extra wii remotes + nunchuks. When he told you that you would get the 6 games it may be a little misleading, so I'm not sure what you should do. 600 Dollars is a lot for a Wii, if thats all your gonna get I'd wait a week or two for them to restock.

his sales sheet says you have to spend a certian amount to get the games...you didnt not spend that amount...you only get a console

Just get it in store, much safer. Shouldnt be rare to find. If you don't get it this week, try next week...

I thought you had to have 50 feedback and show the receipt in your auction to qualify for shipping on ebay.

I would contact Ebay on what to do. You must pay, as stated "PAYPAL ONLY - PAYMENT NEEDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WHEN AUCTION ENDS!" as soon as possible is... 2 weeks for you

Get em right there, there was no specified time limit, so take your time. mean while, contact ebay and ask them what you should do. The listing did say free games, but it was written, so im not sure what would be the "solution" just contact ebay.

Thanks for the advise guys. He kept responding saying that I was correct, but then when I told him that it looked like he'd be losing money if that were correct he admitted that there were other autions and I was the one from the auction that had the disclaimer. He agreed that it was a little misleading, especially when sifting through thousands of Wii ads and said it's okay that I misunderstood. Everything is cool now, but no Wii for Mii. Any idea what stores will be getting more in and when?

Are you crazy this is the wii your talking about.

It has no games, no internet right now, so i guess the answer is buy it in the store if you have to, because it's not worth anything near that.

P.S oh and you if see any auction tht says paypal only your going to get ripped off, and it's is easy for someone with a paypal acount to do.
