I am running a 4.1U Wii trying run Star Fox Adventures v1.00 USA. I have been trying to get the Action Replay v.14 loader to work with Star Fox Adventures but every time I try to load it through the Action Replay loader I get a red box saying an error has occurred. I tried the loader with 2 other games the games I chose were Legend of Zelda Wind Waker and Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Both of them worked fine so I am thinking it might be the loader. I am posting here because I want to know if this has happened before and if so what was the fix if any? So if you could please help me that would great thanks a lot!

I don't know what Action Replay Loader is, but I remember SFA being one of the trickier backups to get working so it's not strange that it's not working while your other games are.

The Action Replay Loader is an app that loads the Action Replay version 1.14 for Gamecube. Codejunkies released a newer version of their Action Replay for Gamecube called Action Replay v 1.2 The problem with this is it doesn't let you add new codes. Which is why I am trying to get the Action Replay Loader v 1.14 to work with Star Fox Adventures and the Action Replay Loader v 1.14 doesn't work with backups so I am using the retail version of the game. So know that I filled you in do you think you could help me?

Follow my v1.14 tutorial and enable "backup" on the MIOS customization.
From there tell us how it went.

I removed the MIOS I had installed then I installed the new MIOS. The MIOS was installed successfully and yes I enabled the backup option on the MIOS customization and the Action Replay Loader still loads fine but I am still getting the red box saying that an error has occurred. So now what do I do?

Not sure if this matters or not but I used DIOSMIOS to load the Action Replay v 1.14 off my SD card The Action Replay loaded fine but when I inserted Star Fox Adventures into my Wii I got the same red box saying that an error has occurred Please check the Gamecube Instruction booklet for more information. Does this help in any way has of why this is happening?

Do you know what master codes are? Do you have it enabled? Also, google said there are 2 versions of the game, and both need different codes, maybe that's the problem, can't say.

The problem could be that the game is an audio streaming game. If audio streaming is not enabled properly, the 1st audio streaming command results in an error. You can test this with any other audio streaming game(Eternal Darkness, Ikaruga and some more), if they all don't work, you know that this is the problem. If the source code for the action replay loader is available, NeoGamma's audio streaming code could just be added to fix this.

You can try playing the game with NeoGamma. It should require setting the GC mode to "internal", enabling Ocarina for gamecube games, choosing a gamecube hooktype, and of course converting the AR code to an Ocarina/Gecko OS code.

PS: This game is a problem for backup loading? Not really, at least not for NeoGamma as far as a i know. Just the audio streaming is missing, which should be either the background music or voices. NeoGamma + retail disc will play the audio streaming.

Yep.
There's your problem!
DIOS MIOS does not directly support ARv1.14b,
you need to use the built in cheater or load AR without DM.

DM should support Ocarina codes, and you can convert AR codes to Ocarina codes. But DM will not support the audio streaming of the game, Devolution or Nintendont might do that on top of supporting Ocarina codes, i don't know.
