So, What exactly does FuckPSN do? Is it a simplified way to unban yourself, or is it some sort of "proxy" to access PSN without the need for updating?

The latter.

Given that the PS3 has a very rudimentary check for that, fuckPSN manages to work as a proxy. And since the snooper in 3.56 is obviously not needed for PSN store connectivity and the like, it just further weighs on suspicions that the snooper is not there for anything other than to be a Sony-complicit rootkit.

So, right now is there any way to go online on PSN without geting banned ? ( while using CFW of course )

Nope. Suck it, remove your CFW, and start paying for your games like an average human does. Or suffer the consequences and continue your illegal ways and get banned.
