Hacking Partitioning a drive that is already WBFS

I have a Western digital 250gb External HDD that is formatted to WBFS with a handful of games already on it.

Am I able to partition it WITHOUT re-formatting? Thanks

no
u need to formate it in 2 FAT partitions of the size that u want and then formate one of them back to WBFS

at the moment it's impossible to resize an WBFS partition and since it's getting obsolete i dont think it's gonna be possible ever
