but then you have to wait like three seconds while it stops the disc and slides it out whereas it should be doing that while you're getting up to change the discWildWon said:If you eject the disk, you'd have to get up to pull the disk out, or re-insert it... and you're right there at the button.zif said:I could understand a program to eject a disc but I don't see the usefulness in this.
Hardly a quick flick - you have to click the channel (if it's a channel), wait for it to display, then click start.WildWon said:with this it'll fully turn off your Wii with a quick click of the channel (assuming this is a channel, of course) rather than holding down a button or getting up to hold down the power button on the Wii.

As above, my wii goes into standby (RED light) by holding the power button on the remote for 1sec.Fun_Zephyr said:Using the Wii remote only places the Wii into standbye mode.
Yes - and using this program only turns it into standby mode - the only way to turn the wii off completely is to pull the psu from it.
Turning off with the remote the Wii goes into Standbye and teh light goes ORANGEQUOTE said:Turning off at the consol - meaning holding the power button in for a few seconds turns teh Wii off completely and the light goes RED.
No - that is only if you have that crap connect4 stuff. I just touch the power button on the console and it turns into standby (red light) instantly.
