1.Download the homebrew channel get the right one for your wii. eg mine is pal for my wii
2. install the homebrew channel i could burn mine to disc because my wii was running firmware 3.2e
3. Download Gecko 1.7b {Google it }
4. Get your sd card and make a folder on your sd card called apps inside that put the GeckoOS107b folder.
5. Put the sd card in your wii go to the homebrew channel run it and you should see the Gecko program
run it and go to config menu and change the boot language to japanese put you game in your wii then click on launch game.

I fixed it a couple minutes after posting last night. XD
I didn't use Gecko OS. It was just a weird burn..dunno. Hahah. Second burn fixed it.
It's quite okay, though far from being a classic. Just an average good game which will likely score somewhere between 7's and 8's. There is enough fun to be had in my opinion, so give it a shot
*edit: I had some trouble booting it up on my european wii, using freeloader. Had a black screen at first. It worked when I had changed my language from English to Dutch. It seems as if it won't play on English language, but probably any other language will do. Not sure though, hope someone else can confirm this.

The only part you might have trouble understanding is the upgrade system and all the extra files you unlock.

I have a U.S Wii with Wiikey running 3.3U. I used Wiigionfree on the Jap ISO to change to NTSC. Burned the disk after the file was patched but when i put it in it says it wants to perform a system update. Anyone else had this? If so what did you do?

The game will not run on systems set with english as it's language. You need to set the language to Japanese and the only way I did this was to install/use Gecko OS.. the steps are outlined in one of the earlier messages on this thread.

I burned an iso for the wii homebrew channel but when i put it in my wii it said something like my system files are corrupt.
My wii is fine but i tried to burn the iso twice and i ge the same message. I picked the NTSC iso from the homebrew website.
Sorry for turning this into a homebrew thread but can anyone offer any advice. I have a wiikey wii on 3.3U.

Thanks, I never thought this game was ever going to come out. I'm going to get this version of the game and will report back once its done if it works on a NTSC console.

I downloaded the HB channel (had to use the twilight hack as firmware was 3.3U) . Then added the relevant apps and ran it through region free 1.5. I didn't need to downgrade from 3.3U to 3.2U as i thought.
My wii has a wiikey 1.9 s
I'm really enjoying this. Yes it's cheesy but i feel that't the way it was meant to be and the graphics may make a 360 or PS3 owner cringe but i'm no major graphics whore.

i can't understand how to get past the camera part? it says practice in upper corner... and i rotate the camera... but i can't get out of practice? anyone?
