I haven't played it myself, but by the looks of it, you should be able to do okay without knowledge of japanese.

The European version however, will be launched next month, so if you want to be sure, might as well wait a month. Play Wario untill then

Because the game takes place in America and stars American characters, all of the dialouge is in English.

So no, you won't have any trouble playing it.
And yeah, I still can't find this one...

Not working for me on NTSC

edit: Works via gecko.. cyclowiz alone not up to it

I seems someone is uploading to a.b.the-terminal. Will take few hours.
It should work on ntsc and pal using patcher, and gecko os. Will report here results as soon as I test it.
