Hello all!

I've just come to boot up my OG switch which is normally always on charge, but it appears to have run out of battery. Gonna leave it on a while to make sure it's got some juice.

Problem I have is I've got AutoRCM turned on so, can't tell where the battery level is sitting, and with that on it obviously won't boot without a payload.

It's been so long since I've updated the console that I can't remember which FW I'm on, or which version of Atmosphere I have on the SD card so unsure which Fusee I need to inject to get it to boot up...

Any advice on this one? I don't mind updating Atmosphere and using the latest firmware but don't have my laptop at home to transfer all the working stuff off the switch just in case 😅

Any help appreciated!

If it hasn't been powered on and hasn't been updated, the last payload to boot it should continue to boot it. No changes = no updates required.
Yesss however I don't have my laptop with me which has Tegra, just my phone so, was gonna try injecting from that ahaha so, I guess my question is how do I know which Fusee payload to inject?

I THINK it was Official FW18.?.? or something but, can't be 100%

If you inject Hekate it can probably give you info on what firmware
Cheers, I'm sure I can do that, the one on my SD card currently is something like, Hekate 5.1.0 or something, haven't updated it since the start ahaha literally download the latest, and put it on SD/ Inject?

I just had a look on the SD actually, there's a Fusee.bin on the root, is that a requirement of Atmosphere or is that something I've put there myself? If it's something I put there myself then... It's way out of date, October 2024 😅

Since you have autorcm, your payload is like a key.

Open an "Issues" on Github and asked them what file/s you need to send them so they can tell you your version.

https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/issues

Always keep a copy of your current payload, marked/labeled, in multiple places: computer, flash drive, injector (that'll probably just be payload.bin, but you get it), etc.

As you have access to the SD, get that fusee.bin from it and push that as the payload, it should be the right one. You can update everything once you're ready.

I took the fusee.bin from the SD root but ended up not needing it. Booted up my old laptop (which I forgot about), and the 18.1.0 Fusee was the latest on there so tried it and it booted up fine!

I've read something about not needing Sigpatches now, just Sys-patches that patch on boot, is that correct? 😁
