Did you pre-order Ocarina of Time on Switch 2?

Well, look that's subjective... If it's on a handheld then the OLED Switch 1 wins, but graphically on a TV... Switch 2.

I don't care about OLED, the Switch 2 IPS is really good compared to the OG launch Switch.

Yes, compared to the OG Launch Switch, but that's about it.

The difference to me is night and day, so I'm unbothered by the lack of OLED.

The temptation is high, but no Switch 2 and thus no reason to pre-order. I'm not one to play remakes or remasters and the original was already incredible enough; if a hardware project or game mod enables using a mic in the original game like it will be in the remake, that's all I really need. And the cute ocarina instrument, because why not.

I played it back in the day on my N64 and was totally enthralled so I am very interested in what N is going to change and why.....From what I have seen so far as a lifelong fan it looks exactly how my minds eye would remember it if I hadnt played the 3ds one recently - They nailed the StarFox remake so I have no fears this wont be a total win too....

Oh yes i definitely did that. Really hyped because spent a lot of time in Ocarina back then

I preordered the physical version. I have no doubt I'll get my money's worth considering how many times I've replayed OoT over the years. Switch 2 games are fucking overpriced though and it hurts my wallet every time. They're like 90 bucks where I live.

Surprised to see none have mentioned pre-ordering both yet: one for the collection, and one to install to internal storage for speedruns.
