OK, I'm getting a bit infuriated with this so bear with me.
I've been installing several GC/Wii games using UWUVCI and WUP Installer GX2. About 40% of them have installed without any issues, but the other 60% are constantly failing to install. I get the following error:
"Possible bad SD card. Reformat (32k blocks) or replace."
I legally own all of the games and have used a modded Wii + CleanRip to generate my own ISO files. These are mint condition games, no problems at all with the discs.
The SD cards I'm using are brand new, formatted to FAT32 (32k blocks) and are working just fine for everything else. I've even got a third SD card involved just to make sure, but I'm still getting the same error. The ROMs are also tried and tested on Dolphin, and have been used to install the games on my other Wii U system, so I know it's not the ROMs that are the problem. In some cases, I'm even using previously tried and tested injects (already in WUP installable format), and those are failing too.
So... WTF is up with WUP Installer GX2? Why doesn't it have better failsafes in place? Is there a better program / method I can use to get these darn games on my Wii U system, or is this our only option?
