Try this one out, I want to make sure that it's at least functioning properly before I push this to GitHub. I have tested the sharp bilinear and there is noticeable reduction in things like shimmering from uneven pixel sizes compared to with the filter off. Audio sounds better to me, maybe not perfect but I looked at it through a spectrogram and it has definitely improved, at least somewhat. Classic Controller is functioning properly on my end using this exact dol. Maybe delete your settings.xml before trying this new build, I'm not sure that will fix anything but it's worth a shot.
