Little update: I managed to get the boot1 slc.raw, isfshax let me update it, unfortunately it froze in that process... after a while i had tu turn of the wii u and now it's not responding at all. Just a static red light, not booting, not able to trigger ptb. Is there any way to fix this?

PTB should still work. You need to unplug the power after each attempt. For some reason when booting from PTB, writing the seeprom hangs sometimes. So you might need a few attempts to sync the boot1 version with the seeprom.

If the installed boot1 version doesn't match the the seeprom, boot0 will refuse it and just loop forever. Since boot1 is setting the LED blue, the LED will stay ready despite the console being on.

You we're right, i was just incompetent and failing to launch ptb (even though i did it at least 20 times now...) Anyway, i managed to sync boot 1 and update seeprom through minute (it kept freezing when trying it through updating boot1), the wii u now launches into Isfshax, thanks so much!
I wanted to continue now with the rednand guide, do i need to be careful at some point, since the boot1 and seeprom are not "original"?

Everything from there on is pretty standard. If I had known that you wanted to install red and anyway, then we could have also updated the boot1 as part of the redNAND setup, which for some reason works reliabily, even when launched from PTB.
I think I should add that procedure to the guide....
But glad it worked out for you this way
