Thanks for the tip anyways! I tried everything but it didn't work haha, this only happens to me with this particular game. I have others and the cheats work, only in this one they don't. Do I need to do anything specific to activate all these cheats?
You can play with updates if you use Eden; I tried other emulators like Suyu/sudachi, but only Eden (legacy) worked (it worked on citron too, but it was super slow). But it's true that cheats for this and other versions don't work in the game if you're emulating; I still don't know why

Cause this cheat for version 1.0.3, if u use emulator, u cant play with update,but u can play without update (1.0.0) version. I search cheat for 1.0.0 toostill not found

I attempted to update them myself. This was my first time doing this, and I have not yet been able to test all of the cheats other than the Time ones (which seem to be working just fine).

Unless someone can help with finding the BID for the US version(this is the one I have), I don't know what the BID is other then what's listed above- BID:2EF3BB19EAC3B0A5. You can copy the code one by one and paste them into Eden emulator. The file structure looks like this:
If you don't have a file manager, download 'Files' APK from Marc apps on the Google playstore.
Then click the three horizontal lines at the top left, and scroll down until you get to the Eden emulator. After that, click the 'load' folder (this is where every tutorial I read says to put cheats, if they should be placed somewhere else, idk), after clicking the load folder, you should see the title ID for the game- 0100DAE01E4C8000. Clicking on that folder leads to where all the cheats can be created. Each cheat, according to reddit, substack, etc, says to create individual folders for each cheat you want to use, and place the cheat name inbetween brackets. Like this: [Freeze Time], not Freeze Time.
Example-
Freeze Time would be:
Create this folder--> [Freeze Time]
Then create another folder named 'cheats'
--> cheats
Then create a new text file in this folder, I used Quick Edit+, but any text editor on Android should work. You can also drag and drop the new file into the folder from a different location on the phone.
--> Time Freeze
After that, you can create new cheats for the rest of the cheats above. I don't know if this process works, as I tried to get the cheats for I think 1.3 to work at the start of the year and gave up when none registered. Hope these instructions helps, or inspires someone who can edit the cheats for US SOS:GB.
P.S. this tip about downloading Files by Marc Apps also works with Deltarune on Android, you just hit the three horizontal lines at the top left and Deltarune file structure becomes available. Then you can transfer saves between any updates.
Also, in the screenshots I did not put quotations, I was testing if cheats shared here for 1.4 worked for Eden legacy or optimized. I could not get any to work when I went back in and renamed them.
