Mario Kart Tour is set to discontinue on Sept 29 2026

Being released on the Android and iOS stores in 2019, Mario Kart Tour is a mobile freemium kart racing game that brings the Mario Kart experience to mobile devices. However, after a long run, Nintendo decided that the game had enough time to make a stroll around a bunch of courses and is sunsetting the game on September 29th, 2026 at 11PM.

Nintendo is legit the worst mobile game developers, ngl. They literally just make cash grabs, then shut that shit down when they get bored of running the servers

I was never a fan of all the microtransactions, but it's still sad to see the whole game disappear
