Hi everyone! I made a post a few months back about recovering my data from a corrupted sd. I'm in the process of doing it now, what is the absolute basic things i would have to save? Like, my saves and everything... I've already recovered my ds game saves but idk if the 3ds saves are in the sd or the console saves them locally?
Also I assume i would have to follow the tutorial to mod the new sd and then add my saves then right?

Games on the SD card save their data on the SD card. (Likewise, games on the NAND like Face Raiders store their data on the NAND, and games on cartridges usually store their save data on the cartridge.)

It's a little tedious to sort out the files with save data. It's probably best just to recover everything, and then back up the data with Checkpoint.

If you can safely recover all your data, you do not need to mod anything again.
