Hi. I made an account here just so i could answer your post. I have also been searching far and wide for an english language patch and there doesn't seem to be one for the psp. Have you managed to find anything since you posted this? And if not, how far are you into making your own? I have never made a language patch before but if there truly isn't one out there I was about to start looking into making my own as well. Maybe we could join forces somehow.
Edit: should mention that I don't speak Japanese sadly but I am an english language major so that might come in handy somehow...
