So I have this GameCube online controller for the Switch 2 and when I want to connect it, the Bluetooth doesn't work, but that's no problem, I have a long USB-C cable.

There is this app Procon 2 which makes input work, but not correctly.

I open Dolphin and configure the controls. All buttons work except the sticks... Left analog stick left doesn't work and C-stick doesn't work at all.

Tried another emulator and it just refuses to work...

What to do now?

open steam, add dolphin as a non-steam game, and set dolphins settings in steam to make it use steam input. thats how i got mine to work

Sorry for the late reply, just got back.
I added Dolphin to my non game steam library and controls still don't work, or do I need to start a game?

From the picture I see you use some sort of program? Looks cool. What do I do?

You need to pick the controller in Dolphin settings if you go the Steam route, as brought up earlier. Note that this only works via USB.

That's Steam with an Aero/WMP theme of some sort.

There are a couple of other ways to use the controller on PC with Bluetooth LE support too, namely Pairing App (Linux/macOS/Windows). There is also a Windows-exclusive utility I can't find at the moment, but it is supposed to work for all Switch 2 controllers.

Alternatively, you can combine WUP-028 and a BlueRetro GC adaptor.

I wrote more about the controller here if you'd like to know a bit more of what I found out about it (as well as other GameCube controllers).

Yes, I'm on USB. And yes I've set it in steam to use the steam input.
