What are your expectations for the rumored Nintendo Direct ?

Here are my expectations:

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake
Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave
Star Fox news
Persona 4 Revival and a switch 2 version
Xenoblade or Xenosomething (maybe instead a new IP from Monolith Soft)

Also, I have a feeling that a new BIG announcement is due (just a hunch though) .

Personally I'd love to have a Pikmin 4 switch 2 edition. It would be such a treat. I'd really like that to happen.

If there's indeed a Nintendo Direct, I can't wait to see two things, for one, Nintendo's announcements, and public's disappointment.

From Nintendo's Side:
- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time HD (they just HAVE to reuse BotW engine a third time)
- The Legend of Zelda: Oracle Collection (they just HAVE to reuse Link's Awakening engine a third time)
- Metroid Prime 2 and 3 Remastered
(they just HAVE to use Metroid Prime 1 engine a second and third time)
- StarFox 64 - It's not just a Remake, we included a new Solar System unlocked after playing + DLC
- Super Mario Galaxy 3 (they just HAVE to considering the Movie)
- Mario Kart World DLC (they just GOTTA)

From people's side:
- HUUUUR WHY NO ANIME WAIFU RPG WITH FARMING SIM?

An oracles port with Links awakening engine and a new Mario galaxy will be the reason I finally pick up a switch 2.

I would say that Halo and Forza and GTA and RDR2 are far from happening. The rest may happen (not all of it though).

Why did you think of FFVI? I'm just wondering because there was no mention of it at all.

It's controversy take but I wish they could port Wind Waker HD over. It's the only good game that still stuck on Wii U

They obviously can, just haven't bothered to.

If they get around to it... Just add 60fps to it I'd love to own it on the Switch 2 with that feature.

As much as I'd love that to happen, with the introduction of wind waker onto the GameCube NSO service it's most likely not gonna get ported.

It's weird. Outside of a new Mario or Smash i honestly dont care about any first party nintendo games until winds/waves

However i would gladly buy switch 2 ports of the following

Devil May Cry 5

Here's hoping at least 2/3 of those are announced tomorrow.
