I didn't buy, but my nephew wanted to go to the Slayer, Down, Suicidal Tendencies, and Hatebreed concert a couple hours away in September but it's not his Dad's kind of music at all. My cousin offered to pay for my ticket if I would take my nephew. Only problem with that is I have night myopia and wouldn't be able to drive back home. He said if I found a driver he'd pay for all three tickets, so my neighbors son is going to go with. Cost my cousin $800 and we don't have to pay him back a dime. I only had to agree to pay for my nephews dinner and a tour tshirt. Incredibly sweet deal!

To each their own I guess, but isn't that like fucking a dead woman? It's borderline (imo) necrophilia fantasies.
Well its an object and doesn't have living/dead tissue. So its STD free as well. They are luxury sex toys at best. Fully customizable as well, you can attach eyes, wigs, and heads from different brands to the body aslong the color matches the skin tone. You can either play with them or treat them as a collectable lots of options for the owner to decide.

Surprisingly no Tifa and Aerith are still virgins. I have other dolls that aren't. You can find me on Reddit for nsfw details. But erm yeah everything stays within reddit.

I don't think I can put into words how much I respect your open degeneracy.

Bit the bullet. I dislike the manual desoldering pumps and the desoldering stations are bit too expensive for now. Have several refurb projects waiting anyway with trough hole solders. One poweramp, one Dualsense with broken R3 (Luke used probably too much force) etc...

Welcome to now being under a thumb of a completely neurotic neckbeard whose reckoning all of you will face sooner than later. With how rarely, but dearly Luis Rossman promotes tech things and how hard he got over Graphene until he talked to the owner and got some helluva cooky responses to a point Luis just pulled all of his support that instant. Other than this little tidbit - its a Pixel phone, so that hardware is absolutely nothing to write home about.

Fellow Rossman fan i see. i follow his channel since he started talking about Apple crappy service costumer, back when he was in NY.

I really admire his work. Especially the right to repair movement.

As for the Pixel, the specs are just mid range but it was the only choice i had.

I assume GrapheneOS requires root?? I'm into this!

Noup . No Root needed, just follow the very easy instructions.

It appear to be great. They have a list of banking apps that work, all around the world.

Mine, in Portugal, works perfectly.

Just bought Mina The Hollower and Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove on steam.
I really like Mina, It's like the old topdown zelda games on the GB/GBC.
And it plays very well on my Ally X.

That Mina game looks very GBC and fun to play. Thanks for mention it, i'm going to check out the price on other platforms.

There are PLENTY of older choices that have better specs, can be rooted, and thus just run Cyanogen or whatever current open source flavor of rom is. Google may start screwing new devices and Android versions, but if they "lose" your banking or some other critical info you can milk the hell out of them. If a nurotic basement dweller who made a virgin, new, free OS without even official hardware backing (as in guy having ANY money) does something with your data - gooooooood luck.

Speaking OF banking apps, I think one of mine pushed some new ToS update that effectively said that if it gets hacked or something similar - they don't give a damn, so I just went back to desktop mode via browser. Any 2FA can easily be done via email as well.

Nice. You chose wisely. Been debating one of these for a long time too. I've got an AV Famicom and an NESRGB waiting to be installed, and there's no way I'm attempting it with a manual desolder gizmo. I could pay an installer about the same amount as the FR-301 would cost, and I'd have the modded console but that's it. If I do it myself, same money spent and I'd still have the FR-301.

I ordered a quick connect for my bike air pump because it's a pain trying to screw it onto the tires to pump them up. Plus, most of the time, by the time I manage to unscrew it, I've lost the air I put into the tire and have to overinflate to make up for the air loss.

I bought DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Dark Prince, Final Sentence, Ys The Oath in Felghana, Ys VI, My Wife Threw Out My Card Collection (So I Bought a Dump to Find Them All), The Other Side, and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory on Steam.

The My Wife Threw Out My Card Collection game was for my nephew to play; I have them in my family on Steam.

In the prehistoric times ( computer factories in Western Europe, all components were through hole etc. ) I worked for a while in computer factory in soldering and testing. We had the good Weller desoldering stations available for failed mobos. After that I've been spoiled tbh and the manual pumps are just bleurgh.

If you consider and buy a desolder gun, it seems that one of the tricks is to keep the board worked on horizontal instead of vertical in order to keep the clogging at minimum.

Of course, there are cheaper options to Wellers and Hakkos, but...

My wife is Japanese and will probably be going there for New Years' to see family, so I can get the Hakko from Bic Camera 'tax free' (10% discount) and an additional 7% store discount, plus the yen to usd exchange rate is really good right now, so the actual price paid would be ~ $120. :yay: Pretty hard to pass that up, but I still have to think about it. There are some other things I want that wouldn't be so bulky to bring back.

Well I paid about thrice that with 10% Hakko discount in the store - and for my needs I still consider the price cheap. Considering the prices of almost all Japanese things in Japan vs. in other countries, it's great you have the "insider connections".

Where I live, Amazon would've sent it in a plastic mailer, and it would have arrived bent.
