Something interesting I learned just now

The original webdings font displayed the game controller as a microsoft sidewinder

On my PC now, it's been replaced by an xbox controller

That was until the clones appeared which defeated the whole purpose of a flashcart war. But at its peak, it was all about features like real-time-save, expandability and compatibility with games. I never was around when it happened, but for a couple of years I've owned a clone SC-SD for GBA and an R4 SDHC Dual-Core clone for DS until then I decided to look into the history because it was just fascinating.

They made great frisbees.

Floppy disks were more enjoyable because you could re-write what was on them with your own data. It saves you the $$$ from buying a pack because they came free in the mail.
