Me? I never said it was an amazing game... OP did, and besides that, its his opinion. You like MK8, he likes MKW, thats fine, now stop arguingI'm not your "Bruh" and I only replied since you were going on about how it's such an amazing game.

I agree on presentation levels, but I think there will be another traditional Mario Kart. They're trying something new is all. Adding a new thing to draw people in. A near full scale recreation of the world in mario style? Sounds like something that open world players would enjoy. Its one of the few reasons I play MSFSX. Probably trying to double down on the audience that enjoyed BOTW and TOTK.I reckon I'll enjoy MK World, albeit not as much as MK8D as it looks a bit too automated and simplified. Who knew MK8 would be the last traditional Mario Kart.
MK World looks like MK Tour on consoles.
Maybe at launch the game could have classic mode without the new stuff? Or maybe in a future update. I Hope that if they do this they don't lock it behind a paywall...I agree on presentation levels, but I think there will be another traditional Mario Kart. They're trying something new is all. I'm a bit disappointed there's nothing about Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on Switch 2 as I'd love an edition with EVERYTHING on the cart. Maybe they'll release it later.I agree on presentation levels, but I think there will be another traditional Mario Kart. They're trying something new is all. Adding a new thing to draw people in. OW without irl cars is just......I call it Mario Kart Forza horizon edition, because that is what the game reminds me of.
I love MK but i don't know if I'm going to like this one![]()

Like, say, Lego 2k - you get to make your own whacky cars and smash env into bricks - that's fun in and of itself, but MK? What can you honestly even do in MK overworld? It's just meh... Looks boring to be honest. I hope i'm wrong.

You also needed to win the tickets 2 months agois it still open or something sounds like fun i didnt hear about it before. wanna try before I buy as the kids say.
edit: rip lol it was an april event. wish i knew about it sooner
That does sound fun, but I'm so used to drifting in MK7/MK8 and I know it will be different in MKW. I'll give MKW a chance before discarding it.Mario Kart World survival mode eliminates 4 players per section until the final section

I've ordered MK8D + Complete w/ DLC on cart so not going to play MKW in the near future (the version included in the bundle is a download code than a cart).

I want it to be better, but still struggling to enjoy it. I do dig the graphics, gameplay, music, and costumes.Out of curiosity what do you think about MKW one year later?

Same...I want it to be better, but still struggling to enjoy it. I do dig the graphics, gameplay, music, and costumes.
