In what is probably another attempt to keep people in the dying playstation ecosystem or Sony trying to do something about the PS5's private keys leaking, Sony has implemented a new system where all digital games you have onto your PS4 or PS5 where they have a 30 day licence to be allowed to play it that must be renewed via internet. Failure to do so will render the licence void and deny you from playing the game until you reconnect to the internet.
Discuss how there will be little uproar for a day or two at most and people making tons of articles and claims about the hypotheticals that other megacorps will do the same thing Sony just did while also ignoring Sony doing this in the future.
