hey so this 3ds i haven't used in a long time would boot with a black screen & blue light. I tried a bunch of different fixes & none worked, recovery mode wont update the 3ds I just get a error. So I landed on modding it because a lot of people online said that would fix it. I used a flashcart everything worked up until i tried to boot it normally I just get this crash.

I also removed the camera module because I was told that was the reason for the crash & that doesn't work either I get the same crash, If anyone could give me some info or other things to try i'd really appreciate it Idk what else to do

If you already had issues before hacking it, then it was probably a hardware problem to begin with.
If we assume it’s a software issue, you could try restoring a clean NAND using GodMode9.

And I’m guessing you have a New Nintendo 3DS (since it mentions the QTM service, which handles head tracking with the camera and is only available on New models). I can’t provide you with a NAND dump myself since I’m on an Old 2DS, but you could ask a friend who has a New 3DS to make a dump for you.

You do realize that dumps of other peoples NANDS will brick the console its flashed onto thats not the one its from

Oops, never mind - you’re right, thanks for pointing that out ^^"

You could still use similar methods to a downgrade to reinstall a clean firmware, idk x)

Do you have any info on how to do so?

It's usually helpful to say what you tried when you're asking other people to help you.

recovery mode wont update the 3ds I just get a error.
Wouldn't it be useful to know what that error is?

I also removed the camera module because I was told that was the reason for the crash
I presume you were looking at https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:Error_screens/Luma3DS_exception_screen#cam/qtm ?

You can try the patch at https://gbatemp.net/threads/a-patch-for-qtm-error-0xf9605002.678886/ but I think that is for a different qtm error.

Oh sorry i tried, ntrboot & it still wouldn't boot, i also tried removing the camera because someone in the 3ds discord told me that was the error & recovery mode and all of those didn't work & recovery mode just tells me that the update failed & that the console will reboot

This appears to be a contradiction.
I used a flashcart to mod the system it worked up until i went to reboot to launch the system & now it crashes on boot with the error message shown above
