Which one of the 4 logos are you trying to change?

Which sequence of boot do you have?
Hi, as I said - the Atmosphere logo- the one before the nintendo logo.

They are in this order - Hekate logo-> splash logo(i don't have one)-> atm. logo -> nintendo logo

My console boots in hekate, then I choose emmumc. My modchip is hwfly.
Do you know if this method works on atm. 1.9.3 ?
Maybe the image name/hex in the newest package3 is different ?

I am still lost with your problem.

Which of this one are you trying to change and how are you doing it: https://gbatemp.net/threads/remove-atmosphere-splash-screen.629387/post-10626979 ?

which payload do you have on the root of your SD card (payload.bin)?

I have the hekate payload which is renamed to payload.bin
I am trying to change this logo:

Then I used this code on the package3 with my image :

Just tried the steps to change the Atmosphere logo and they are not working, at least on switches with modchip(no fusee).
Tried with png/bmp image in the correct res. and the python code executes successfully but then logo is still the same.
It worked for me and I don't use fusee.

Can you please share your exact steps?
What format image did you use?How big?

For this logo is different. You need compile Atmosphere since GitHub. This logo is binary format. Yo need Python, MSYS64, Kit Developer for compile the image.

This is the tutorial by @impeeza

As stated by @GoodmanBCN that logo CAN NOT BE CHANGED without build Atmosphère from source code.

The logo you change using that Python Script is called Splash Screen

That image is only shown when you boot using fusee.bin (directly or chainloading it from hekate as payload) but not displayed by hekate when booting using the PKG3 method.

Follow the guide instructed before to modify the source code file, and then built atmosphère's code with this new file.

Its not the same logo, its only the logo on black screen. Also im not using fusee. My hekate is booting through pkg3 method.

In this case will compiling atmosphere help?

Ok. Then you need to build Atmosphère from source code to change that image

Actually you can. Unpack package3, decompress boot.kip, modify boot.kip, recompress boot.kip, repack package3.
Are you sure? Isn't the splash logo. He want change the atmosphere logo (white triangle) (SEPT LOGO??)

Hello there, looking on the source code we have:

  • "/img/Splash.bin" which is created by using originally this image:
This one can be replaced on a package3 file using the Script on the source code of Atmosphère, easy piece.
also you can create a custom splash.bin and build Atmosphère, but is no just as easy.

  • And "/stratosphere/boot/source/boot_splash_screen_notext.inc"
which originally is this image:
This only can be changed by replacing the file on the source and building Atmosphère.

Just writing this with the images I was aware I interchanged them on the previous post, sorry for the mixup.
Call it a request of pride if you want, but I ask explicitly for people to not help others remove the second splash. It shows in place of a Nintendo logo, so it's an expected part of the boot process; I want people using Atmosphere to see it.

It is everyone's right to change the code on their device to do whatever they want, so I can't/won't ask for this guy to not remove the logo if he's set on it, but I would sincerely appreciate if nobody provides assistance/instruction for this one in particular.

And if your build removes the black and white logo @impeeza I would ask you nicely to not post it for others.

Thanks for being nice. I will not publish it anymore.
