There is a few things you can try, you can try to replace the atmosphere files, try archive bit, worse case you might have to format SD card.
@Hayato213 i uninstalled a game to make space and this happened

What format is the SD card?

Normally this is a badprodinfo, buy you can try some workarounds:

Open NYX , Hekate's GUI Tap on "Tools" on top of the hekate screen. Tap on "Archive Bit - AutoRCM" on the right bottom. Tap on "Unset archive bit" button and it doesn't work, I'm trying to format the sd card to FAT32 but only has exFAT (default) and NTFS option.

but looking on your second post, is most sure your card is dying or gone. try another Sd Card and copy all content.

"Software closed because an error occurred" when exiting certain apps (like Retroarch or Moonlight) from the Hbmenu or Sphaira in title override mode.

Firmware: 20.1.5
Atmosphere: 1.9.5
Retroarch and Moonlight updated.
I am exiting the apps using the dedicated buttons and not via Home button (issue happens in both circumstances though).

Yes, it is the same problem as the one described by Willsito_GG in this thread. However, the solution that was given to him was to update his Hbmenu, which is not very helpful for me because both Hbmenu and Hbloader come bundled with Atmosphere in their most updated versions, and my Sphaira app is also updated to the latest version.

Would really appreciate some insight into this :(

Are you using forwarders?

Card info looks ok, base on the info given, there are few possiblities, if you tried replacing the Atmosphere files and the archive bits, then there is two other possible things, the first one is what @impeeza mention, bad prodinfo, the other one would be fs::ResultInvalidFatFormatSd. if you have a prodinfo backup you can restore that or restore a full NAND, I mean you can try to see if formatting the card or using a different card get rid of the problem.

Sorry @impeeza where are the settings you mentioned in your post?

i dont know of anyone is having the same problems as me, but when i try to edit a savefile from bdsp and reload It through jksv, the game starts from scratch like there was no save file, i have tried making savedata.bin and backup.bin identical but nothing seems to work, note that i am using the web version of pkhex

Last edited by impeeza,
I'm going to be updating my At cfw, which should I update to (updating for pkmn)? Also, how do I open hbmenu again? I forgot and want to see what apps I have like daybreak etc to update them and will post again with a list of them to see what is outdated and not used anymore. Also should I use Hecate again to backup or should I use the backup app on the atmosphere thread tutorial?

Hi,

I tried installing an NSP using DBI, but it caused a fatal error. Since then, I haven’t been able to launch emuMMC — I keep getting the error message attached.

I do have a backup SD card with the same setup, but the corrupted one had more NSPs installed. I already tried replacing the atmosphere and bootloader folders with the ones from the backup, but the error persists.

Is there anything else I can try, or is my emuMMC beyond recovery?

Thanks in advance.

It's mostly sure your sd card is corrupted.

Backup all files and raw partition if you use it. Repartition the card and format it use h2testw to test the card and if everything is good restore the files, if it is bad, use another card
