Your tag didn't quite work, impeeza. It's spelled masagrator (one S too many).@massagrator I always wanted to know the same, what do you think
Even a "long" (1-2 cms extra) cable can create problems

Just copying the content from the original SD to the new SD card should work. If you want to play it safe, format the new one to FAT32. But as you're not using CFW, I guess the risk would be minimal to use exFAT if you really want to.Hi can I get confirmation. Upgrading sd card on a OFW switch (can’t be hacked) I just copy over the Nintendo folder right? And it has to be FAT32 also or can be exFat?
It's rare for the chip itself to be the problem. They are all almost the same. 95% of the time it's the soldering.
But to answer your question, yes it's likely that all the flex cables can just be inserted into a new chip. Assuming you get another lite modchip of the same variety as your current one. There are different kinds.
Again, I doubt this will fix it.
Thank you one last question do i have to get the same exact chip (image 2) or can I get a different one as long as its lite?Even a "long" (1-2 cms extra) cable can create problems

Can you link to this? Is it something you wrote? I would like to read it.see also: my 2017 switch with like-new battery health on factory battery
alright thank you. I was VERY worried. I did back up my nand before I did anything else. So tyUnfortunately, formatting your Switch won't clear its telemetry.
Taken from this thread, this is the only safe way I know of to "remove" problematic logs:
Any other way is probably not safe enough and ban may or may not be immediate.
The EmuNAND files should be stored on>I need help. After upgrading my sd card where should my emummc files be? And which can I delete? Cuz I have them in 2 places only right now. Inside the restore folder and restore/emummc. No where else. Which I find strange
ok thanks but that didn't answer my question and did you look at my pic? cuz I don't have the bin files located like where you do.Your NAND backup is on
SDMC:/backup/SERIALNUMBER
Indeed I did answered your question, The folder you depict on the picture not inserted on the post, should be empty unless you are going to restore a NAND backup soon.ok thanks but that didn't answer my question and did you look at my pic? cuz I don't have the bin files located like where you do.
NVM i fixed it. Turns out the games I installed needed a higher firmware and maybe even the homebrew stuff which was why it seemed corrupt. Anyways I installed an old game and then updated emummc with daybreak.I have a question. I restored an old nand backup (fw6.0) on my switch and created an emummc. The issue I have is that I was able to update my sysnand but emummc is still on fw6.0 I want to update it and have cloned the sysnand but I have nothing installed so everything opens in applet mode. I tried to install some games but I keep getting this error 'checking if the software can be played'.
I tried to install hbmenu nsp from here but that just shows up as corrupted

Can someone please help me?

also what would happen if I just factory reset with emummc?
No.Does anyone know how to use the SysDVR exefs patches to allow streaming incompatible games with sysdvr, when you're using syspatch rather than regular sigpatches?
Yes a console CAN NOT BE PATCHED once leaved the factory.Okay, so I'm planning on buying an unpatched Nintendo switch v1 (models made before july 2018) is it true that those specific models can update to the latest version of the switch without being patched. Also can I go online on MLB the show 24 for example and play online as long as it's a official version of the game that is not pirated or cracked?
