Best tool to convert gcn.iso games into folder/game.iso

Ive searched for awhile but couldnt find a easy to use tool that converts a folder full of GameCube games with their proper name.iso, into gamename/game.iso structure for nintendont. Can someone please help me?

I found this - but it doesn't help me use the same files as it creates a copy, no problem though ill just free up some space and do it again

There is technically no "proper" name. Just rename the iso to game.iso and put it to your sd/usb. Technically you can't name the files wrong.

I am fairly sure the program is able to what you want.

As stated on the Github Page:
"Transferring games with the correct nomenclature (Game Name+ID or ID only). Available in “Install Game (1:1)” mode using the commercial name via ‘wiitdb.xml’. The “Install Game (Scrub)” mode uses the internal nomenclature provided by the developer, that is, it does not use ‘wiitdb.xml’."

Simply check wether you used the correct options
