could you try to reinstall IOS58 and try again? the ahbprot code doesn't do much, but it is failing...
if that doesn't work ill have to send you a custom installer that prints more to the screen

Q about the installer. Will it work off of any stock ios HBC v1.1.2 is running? Or does it need IOS58 specifically?

Is the setting priiloader stop disc on startup broken on the latest version I tried v0.9.1 and the beta v0.10.0-beta2 and neither stop the disc drive from spinning on startup if anyone knows why i will greatly appreciate it.

stock ios? most likely works on any stock ios, but it all depends on the patches it applies.
you could try, but i'd still recommend ios 58 as it is the most stable ios

Hi there, recently dusted off my modded Wii, and my Priilloader is at v0.9.1.
Noticed a v0.10 is a thing now, and wonder... what are the steps to update to that one without breaking ̶m̶y̶ ̶p̶l̶a̶n̶t̶s̶ and stuff? Thanks!

I have the same issue as cartler in post 219, tried XFlak suggestion in post 226 and am still not able to install Priiloader 0.9.1 (or 0.9). The installer quits a few seconds after showing the initial screen.

My Wii is 4.1E, had an old softmod, updated with ModMii 4.1 to 4.1 and then tried 4.0 to 4.1 to replace the system menu in case it was modified.
Old Mod was running Priiloader German V0.7 and I removed it with It's installer after the Updates.

You did not complete the modmii process fully. You did not install a stock 4.1 or 4.2 or 4.3 system menu.

You probably used some yawmm mod and not yawm modmii edition (or mmm, but yawmME is better), and therefore it blocked u from installing the 4.1 system menu wad since it could not detect that it was not a region change, and u didn't notice

Edit:

Make sure you're using the latest modmii v7.0.0

Edit2: I think you used an old modmii, your cios is OK, but it was what was recommended a few weeks/months ago and not what is recommended today. The old config still works fine in the vast majority of cases, but still, today ideally u have base 38,56,57, and 58 installed to slots 248-251 respectively, and ideally d2x v11 beta 1, unless u have a good reason to be on a dif version

I used the YAWMM which I got in the COPY TO SD folder from Modmii.

mkay, I would keep trying with 7.0.0. The occasional freeze is normal, but shouldn't be a big impediment. Don't forget once something is downloaded to ModMii's temp folder it won't need to be downloaded again. Same thing if you provide ModMii with a full temp folder from another source, like a friend or MAR103.

Anyway, the minimum needed to resolve this issue is to install the 4.1E wad you got using YAWM ModMii Edition or another WAD manager, then (re)install the priiloader version of your choice

Now on to get Your Shape working from USB drive. Still an USB camera error after loading the game via USB Loader GX. It's working fine from original disk on another Wii (4.2E).

The old d2x cIOSs you have installed to slots 246-247 may be throwing off GX's Auto IOS setting. Either uninstall these or adjust GX's IOS setting to something manual instead of auto.

To uninstall IOS246 and IOS247 you can either use any title deleter (but be careful!), or uninstall any WAD that is intended for those slots. You can open any IOS wad using ModMii and adjust it's slot (other tools can do this too).

We are getting off topic, any other questions that don't have to do with Priiloader please take them to the GX thread or create a new one entirely.
