Anyone have a Purple Wii? Photos?

Curious to see one in case someone has.

It'd be cool to have it as a "GCN Slim" but on AliExpress there's no purple, just transparent, blue, red, black, silver, and white. Well, I see a purple-ish shell here.

Wii's are very cheap so could buy a spare one to change the shell.

Interesting. It looks to be of high quality so that certainly is comforting.

Have you modded your Wii with such stickers to get an idea?

ha ha ha, you make me remember back on the day I buy a "black" case, but can it comes was a regular case painted, thankfully was buy on ebay and the five me back my money.

The last link could've been good. But it looks like it doesn't come with replacement buttons or rubber feet, and the edges don't appear to be painted. So it will still be white (or black) in some places and it won't have a uniform look. "With brand logo" though, you can have a custom logo printed on it. Neat. But you have to buy 5 of them. I don't think the quality of the paint job is really worth it. Better to sand and spray paint your own case and buttons.

I love purple, but it has to be specific shades of purple. That one isn't really doing it for me.

Many moons ago I did a couple of shell changes, Camo one and a colour changing clear on with temp display, Only got pics of the clear one though

I found some on eBay for roughly 50 GBP a pop. The pieces are so fragile and cheap, so installing the shell takes a lot of time to work with.

Most shells are made that way for mass production. Often have thick paint too, making the possibility of stripping a screw greater.
