Can the ps4 slim be cleaned without unscrewing screws and detaching the pieces?

Unless you only want to clean the plastic cover, the answer is no.
Even if you've got a "powerful" blower, there are small corners that it won't reach, and many other places that need to be cleaned very carefully and thoroughly for a good cleaning process, something that your blower won't achieve.
Just don't submerge it in water.

The PS4 slim is really easy to open up and clean. You can get to the heat sink to clean both sides. Cleaning both sides of the heat sink is important.
Be careful, there are two small pieces that can fall out when you open up the PS4 slim but they can be put back easily.

maybe a vacuum on the vents, but that's not really the way to do it. the ps5 and the series x kinda have it right by comparison as they both have an intake of air, then it pushes the hot air out. the intake for the ps5 I think is at the top of the console, while the series x is the opposite, back to top.

ok I tried it and 1) it doesnt boot wood menu automatically and 2) when trying to load a game through wood theres just a loading screen -
