To start off with, I'm looking to give a brief description of what I'm looking for:
1) Ability to play both GBA and DS Games (Preferably with a Primary Slot-1 card, and a Cheap Slot-2, mostly because I don't quite trust myself to not Brick my DS Lite if I attempt to go for Slot-2 and not get a Passcard) Having just 2 GB of space should be enough for the moment, but I'd prefer external memory so I can buy other SD Microchips (Maybe even upgrade to SDHC, if it becomes a reasonable option)
2) For the most part, money isn't an issue, as I work part time and literally let every cent I earn sit in the bank (I am saving up to help pay my way through college, though, so I'm not looking to buy something like a CycloDS + MicroSDHC + M3 Perfect Lite all at once. Maybe later, if the need arises.)
3) Ease of use, or at least, easy to find help. Despite how much time I've spent on these forums, I actually haven't grasped the more complex concepts (Or at least, I think there are complex concepts that I just don't know about, yet. It might just be paranoia because I can't find a step-by-step guide, so I'll always feel like I'm missing something.)
-----
Alright, my original decision was to buy the CycloDS Evolution, along with a EZFlash 3-in-1 Expansion Pack. Unfortunately, every online store is completely sold out, and the soonest estimated time for new ones to arrive that I've seen is October 12th.
Unfortunately, this delay gave me a lot of time to consider other options.
The major dilemma arises in the form of the new M3 DS Real (Is that the right name?) Slot 1 Card I read about on these forums. I can't seem to glean the information I want from it, but does what we know about it so far make it seem like a viable alternative to my previous desire for a CycloDS + EZFlash combo?
I'm also open to other suggestions, if you can think of anything that would be better - for example, if you believe that the M3 DS Simply would be a better choice for any reason.
It seems like I have quite a bit of time to hear your opinions, so thanks in advance for any advice you can provide me with.
