To open it up, you can run DSlazy or a similar program, choose the rom, and choose 'unpack'. Choose one of those directories and edit the text files inside, then use DSlazy or whatever to repack it.

Same game. The boxart for #2743 is wrong on GBATemp - they've used the boxart from another game called Labyrith which was a version of Cameltry. Read the thread for 2743 and you'll see the real boxart posted later on in the thread which is undoubtably for this game.
