About Bayoneta 3 cutscenes... Unfortunately, the cutscenes in the game are pre-rendered clips with a fixed frame rate.

I don't think the majority of them are, actually. They appear to account for any costume changes, so they'd have to be real-time.

Not through cheats because you either target 30FPS, lower or 60FPS because of how changing memory values work. If someone was good at ASM they could potentially adjust some games to the target however that would likely take a lot of work, plus 40-45 would look like shit because of frame-pacing. Horizon, the operating system on the Switch is 60Hz refresh only, meaning that only framerates that aren't 60/30FPS are going to have horrible frame pacing leading to massive stutter making 30FPS look smoother in comparison.

Exactly. Working on adding 40-45-72Hz modes to comming update of 4IFIR Mod.
P.s. Unfortunately, HZ modes did not work on OLED.

I've tried finding one but no dice, can only lower the FPS cap to 20. This game needs an exeFS mod a cheat isn't going to do.
