DSI won't boot up *CFW*

So after about a month of having a used dsi from a pawn shop and hacking it immediately after I had gone it. I had not messed with it since then and suddenly when I was playing Tony Hawk proving ground the game started freezing and eventually stopped booting up and just showed a black screen. I tried restoring a NAND and it did work for a 10 seconds and then the same thing happened again.
What do I do?

Restoring a NAND backup won't affect that at all. Are you playing the game from a ROM or a real cart? If it's a ROM are you using a Slot-1 flashcard or the internal SD?

If it's a ROM from the internal SD, try updating TWiLight Menu++.

I should probably clarify that the entire system doesn't load to either hiya cfw, normal dsi menu or twilight menu but it can still load to unlaunch . My apologies.
But yes the game was a rom

Oh hmm, reformatting your SD with SD Formatter may help.

sadly no that did not help , when trying to boot into anything in unlaunch it takes me to a blank screen
