Extract the folder to the pcsx2 texture folder (...\Pcsx2\textures\SLUS-20352\replacements)

Issues:
Quite a few dump files, however the folder size isn't massive
so i didn't make much of a deal of it. The art menu also
for some reason doesn't quite like being upscaled so with
that specific menu it's 98% done with a few pieces of artwork blurry.
Creator Notes:
Wanted to play this one as a kid, it's not a bad Kart Racer
Honestly, I recommend it if you're into PS2 Era racing.
Made sure to change the buttons to be more modern
as the original buttons looked awful.
