switch lite not turning on after hwfly install

so installed it, the chip doesnt show any leds and console not turning on!
took all wires out and console is back up running again.
not gona go back soldering this s%#$ chip again but curios to know what went wrong?

did you flash the chip with the latest firmware before install?

Doesn't matter what firmware. There should be led light. I would get a multi meter and check all the points. Did you use a good mckroscope to check your work ?

yes checked with multi meter and everything seemed to in it place but was just too tired to redo so took it all off and swtich turned back on

Probably the anchor point under the cpu

Did you measure it’s resistance? 9/10 times this is the issue
