Homebrew can't get tegra not to crash

hello guys

I have a switch that shown everywhere to be not patched (xkj00072....)
unfortunately no matter what I do, every time I get to be recognized by TEGRA (it shows RCM ok), when I inject payload it crashes

I red anywhere that it's because of the usb-c cable, but I changed 8 of them (I used also the PS5 cable) and I tried with another computer, but there's nothing to do.

I tried different guides, one that shows to do the SD before the injection, another that say to do it after, but it didn't change anything

XKJ are patched, they are V2 (Mariko) motherboard.

You need modchip if you want CFW.

this is a spare switch that i don't use due to have bought the new oled one
