Hardware If i uninstall the cfw from my 3ds using godmode9 will all my games still be on there?

Whatever games you installed via FBI will all be gone. luma bypasses the sig check to make sure they signed correctly. which installed ones arent. So you will lose those games.

Why don't you just admit you modded it and ask if they're okay with it? They might not care as much as you think, I know I'd be down with free games when I'm trying to run a family.
If they want it gone, then you can remove it. If not, you're cool. If you want help wording it in a way that doesn't portray a guilty conscience and make it sound like some horrible criminal activity you've committed, I'm happy to help there.

I sense that you're one of the youngest in the family and you're worried about getting caught, but if you successfully managed to install this stuff then you're a smart kid. Are you sure you're not overblowing their reactions in your mind?

I strongly advise against removing B9S. Luma3DS only adds functions. If you are dead set on doing it:

Don't skip any safety precautions (removing non-legitimate title and safety test before running the Un-install Hax script).
