I've been getting into modding my New 3DS XL and have been using Luma for a year or so now. Recently I decided to be ambitious and try a USB C mod. Long story short, I got it working but lost the functionality of mic, home button, and wireless in the process. I tried moving the wireless chip from a duplicate system I have but it seems to be an issue with the board. I bought a new board and plan to install it but I really don't want to lose my years of streetpass Miis and activity log play data. Is there any way to transfer the system data to the new mobo using Luma / homebrew?

You can't do a system transfer without the wifi board working.. Though since you have cfw installed, you can dump all your installed titles, games and homebrew with GodMode9, and backing up saves with Checkpoint should pretty easy as well. Not sure about the StreetPass or activity log data or if it can even be backed up. If it's tied to your NNID, you can contact Nintendo Support to unlink your account from the source 3ds to the target one..

Looking into this, it looks like GodMode9 is able to backup / restore the 3DS NAND, which I assume holds information like activity logs, friends, Miis, etc. I'll do some more research and see if I can figure out if it's possible or not.
