WiiU with CBHC undoes folder organization

I have my WiiU set up with CBHC and games installed on an external USB drive. I had all of my games in folders by System and alphabetized within. Occasionally some games don't show up and then upon a reboot they'll reappear, but will be outside of the folders. Any idea what's going on and how to fix this?

It will undo organization if you were to plug in a different USB hdd, then replug in the original.

Hmmm, don't think I've ever unplugged this hdd. Would unplugging the WiiU power cause similar effects?

No, and CBHC wouldn't be responsible either.

I don't necessarily think CBHC is responsible for it, just informing on what's been done to my system in case it's relevant.

Sounds like the only known reason this would happen is because of the USB device being unmounted. I'll have to do some testing to see if something is causing my HDD to unmount on its own.

Try disabling sleep within the hdd settings. It's a secret menu in storage on the wiiu. You'll have to Google the buttons you need to press. I'm on my phone atm.
