Have problems is working but frozen some second maybe 30 seconds go back to normal and do again again again

I already changed thermal mass so probem is not overheating

Any idea what problems?

it really sounds like it has a temperature issue.

how did you determine the speed of the fan?

what tools are you using to determine it is not a temperature problem at the motherboard?

I don't doubt that is true, however, after you changed out the thermal paste you should check the temperatures to make sure you didn't make things worse. Being that you recently were inside the Switch making thermal-related changes this is all the more important. It would be a mistake to think that there cannot be any temperature issues merely because you changed out the thermal paste. It will be hard to recommend any further action without you actually testing and recording the temperature under load to eliminate this as a possible cause.

My switch reads a minimum of 39c after just a few minutes of gameplay. Clearly, there is something amiss here as yours is barely registering any heat at all and yet is still freezing.

Nothing is making sense here.

Is there anyone else familiar with such strange behavior?

This guy's Switch is way below normal playing temperature yet it locks up for 30 seconds at a time.

The only other thing I can think it could be is an electrical problem which will likely require taking it in to a electronics repair shop.
