Did you launch the game at least once on the new console prior to restoring the save?

Not really since the console checks both when it launches any game. Do you have any cheats or sysmodules enabled?
yes i did. launch game first. exit game. then went to JKSV, choose my profile and game then hit restore. then back in game, nothing.

Here is how I believe the key generations relate to firmware version and master_key_##

Keygen 1 (1.0.0 - 2.3.0) -> keygeneration 01 -> master_key_00
Keygen 2 (3.0.0) -> keygeneration 02 -> master_key_01
Keygen 3 (3.0.1 - 3.0.2) -> keygeneration 03 -> master_key_02
Keygen 4 (4.0.0 - 4.1.0) -> keygeneration 04 -> master_key_03
Keygen 5 (5.0.0 - 5.1.0) -> keygeneration 05 -> master_key_04
Keygen 6 (6.0.0 - 6.1.0) -> keygeneration 06 -> master_key_05
Keygen 7 (6.2.0) -> keygeneration 07 -> master_key_06
Keygen 8 (7.0.0 - 8.0.1) -> keygeneration 08 -> master_key_07
Keygen 9 (8.1.0 - 8.1.1) -> keygeneration 09 -> master_key_08
Keygen 10 ( 9.0.0 - 9.0.1) -> keygeneration 0a -> master_key_09
Keygen 11 (9.1.0 - 12.0.3 )-> keygeneration 0b -> master_key_0a
Keygen 12 ( 12.1.0 )-> keygeneration 0c -> master_key_0b
Keygen 13 ( 13.0.0 - 13.2.1 )-> keygeneration 0d -> master_key_0c
Keygen 14 (14.0.0 - TBD)-> keygeneration 0e -> master_key_0d
Keygen 15 (TBD - TBD )-> keygeneration 0f -> master_key_0e
Keygen 16 (TBD - TBD )-> keygeneration 10 -> master_key_0f
Keygen 17 (TBD - TBD )-> keygeneration 11 -> master_key_10

So at the 16\17 mark we flip the odometer….

Hi everyone, noob here. I got myself an already hacked Switch that has 11.0.1|AMS M.190|S (that's from system settings) and I would like to update it. I'm also downloading fusee file of Atmosphere 0.18.0 when I'm waking my Switch up after putting games on SD card (if that helps anyhow).

So, my question is of course, how to update it? I did some research and there are some terms like Hekate or Sig Paches which I do not understand and I do not want to mess something up. You don't have to guide me through it, just point me in the right direction. Thanks

any games i tried. kirby star allies, nfs hot pursuit. none didnt restored. do i need to copy my nintendo folder?
You shouldn't since the Nintendo folder doesn't contain any save data, only the installed game data. Just to confirm that we're on the same page here, these games are all in emuMMC & you used JKSV in emuMMC to restore the save file correct?

Yes, thats correct. all done in emummc. I even looked the youtube videos to make sure i did the same way as they did. but nothing being restored. still on 0% complete.

Maybe try using another save manager and see if the issue persists. Have a go with Checkpoint.

Hi, im getting a black screen on injecting tegra payload the first time im trying to hack my switch. Serial # XAW10011250233 on a switch already updated to fw 14.0.0 (sadly)

it is a switch that has been in my personal use since launch so no chance it has been previously tampered with. Tegra gui installer, driver seemed to install correctly, and detected my RCM enabled switch just fine, and listed "injected successfully" so it should have worked? but screen remains blank on the switch

this is what i get from tegra gui

RCM Device with id 40840409000000000373306401101062 initialized successfully! Uploading payload (mezzo size: 92, user size: 123241, total size: 189457, total padded size: 192512)... Smashing the stack! Smashed the stack with a 0x7000 byte SETUP request! Payload successfully injected

but nothing happens :c

Is there a missing step here? or are there still bugs with 14.0.0? Just really confused here as to why nothing is happening. Iv tried it several times.

Try using TegraRCMSmash instead. TegraRCMGUI has been known to be very buggy and inferior to its original program. You can download it from here.

Hey guys. Just updated OFW and now CFW to 1.2.6

I feel like i've done everything right and am still getting Unable to Identify package1! error when booting.

Using RCM loader/the official github site for atmosphere/and this youtube video.

It's been a while. Plz help.

thank you. how do i chain load hekate with fusee.bin? so i dont have to go to payload and load it from there everytime.
Sorry…not following. What would you like to see happen? I’m thinking you are looking to Inject Hekate and then have Hekate automatically pick Fusee adne launch it without you having to tap it in the Hekate launch menu. Am I even close?

Hi everybody !
I'm back with another weird issue. Pretty much, I was able to grab my hand on another CFW Switch. I did the emummc setup etc earlier, no issue. I've put the sigpatches from the GBA Temp thread, no issue.

So I wanted to put my dumped Sword / Shield stuff to be able to have them digital (as always). The mistake i've done (i mean the only thing I can see) has been to install the DLC before installing the game.

I've dumped my game, installed everything, but every time I try to run the game, it does the check and say something installed is not valid (the DLC). I've no issue running the game, but no way to get the DLC to work. I've tried to clean the tickets, re-installing everything but no way.

Edit : For more infos, i'm running on 14.0.0

Any help ? Thanks o/
I tried used Tinfoil, I tried redumping everything even the tickets, I tried to install on the Nand, nothing works.
Thanks GF is dumb, I can access where I wanted to go without the dlc, but it still sucks.
