Hardware Where can I get a reasonable-priced New 3DS?

He didn't say "NEW" he means new as in not old 3ds
I'm aware of then I text. I just don't care for used 3ds, no matter the model. Too many things can be wrong with them that aren't immediately apparent. Hinges crack, 3d slider could be failing/setup wrong, internal ribbons for the home button and/or amiibo reader could be broken (common if ever been opened), the console could be banned, NDS mode could be fucked up and not working due to a crappy downgrade, etc. I like to buy mine new to avoid all that crap, but I don't get why 3DSes are being scalped so hard right now.

I guess because the eshop is coming down so it’s in the news and everyone wants to grab whatever they can before it closes? Dunno. I paid $160 for mine on Amazon at end of December. Same seller is now selling for $365. $205 increase?!?! WTF…doesn’t make sense.

I just want one for homebrew. Also I just pirate my digital games

you can get them a little cheaper if you buy a Japanese N3DSLL. For whatever reason they seem to be better cared for. You can Google Japanese emunand region change or click my sig for a link to the Japanese 3ds link in my blog for how to convert them to US/English.

They are a little cheaper, but the shipping is expensive and they are still overpriced (over 250 dollars)
