I'm not looking to install any titles on my Switch, but out of curiosity does the Atmosphere or the version of Fusee included with it automatically have sigpatches?

No atmosphere does not come with sig patches

Neither comes with, although they exist for both fusee and hekate.

Most people use homebrew that just download sigpatches automatically, AiO Switch updater comes into my mind.
Sigpatches aren't forbidden afaik, they are just not included as a safety measure so Atmosphere doesn't get taken down,
they bypass signature checks and therefore COULD be used for piracy.

Is jits aio new cuz I can't seem to find any videos or info on it. Seems like a swell easy package install. I just like to see it in action before I try it. And can I have my sysNand on 13.2.1 but keep my emu Nand on 13.2.0?

I meant this one when talking about an AiO Updater, a simple homebrew app.
Of course you can have different system versions on both emu and sysnand.
