I am looking forward to buy a switch. Here's somethings I want to know about:
-will I be able to mod and pirate games if the switch is patched
- will I be able to play other games such as fortnite or apex legends
-and if I got banned will I be able to recover

The Switch itself. You won't even be able to go to the eShop and download games you had already paid for before the ban. Which is kind of very stupid, but whatever. Basically, a banned Switch can't access any online features that depend even partially on Nintendo's servers.

Joke's on you, Nintendo, I used to pirate 1/3 of the games I played, but since now I can't buy them legitimately anymore, I pirate 100%. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

You can use 90DNS to block Nintendo servers while on emuNAND and connect normally on sysNAND and you probably won't get banned, but be very very careful. I won't be responsible if you grow complacent and end up getting your Switch banned.

That’s not true tho. You can use sysnand to play online and use eshop and boot into emunand to play pirated games and you won’t get banned

At least not until you're distracted and try accessing the eShop from emunand, which I may or may not have done myself and gotten banned for.

Incognito on emunand has prevented this from happening to me for years now.

Yeah, I didn't know about Incognito or 90DNS at the time. If I had known, I'd probably still be unbanned today.
