Installing games on my Xbox One?

Hello.
I got an Xbox One from my brother but I can neither play nor I have money to purchase games from the store. Even if I have money, I don't have that strong Wi-Fi that would download such large games in a day.

Can I download and install games like I do with a 6.72 Jailbroken PS4 by installing PKGs?

There is no method of CFW on the Xbox One, people aren't interested in hacking it, beside it is not recommended to hack any console and play online on the same NAND. PS4 scene exploitation have been around for few years, and have few firmwares that are exploitable.

Well the issue is that people are just not interested in hacking the xbox one, you can run homebrew, but they never got the point to be able to run pirated game.
